About the venue
PowerSpace Volodymyr is a youth and community space run by NGO STAN in the city of Volodymyr. It is a small, flexible venue with two rooms that can be used for youth-led activities, meetings, coworking, workshops, peer learning, community events and informal gatherings. The space is open to young people, grassroots initiatives, local activists and community groups who need a safe and welcoming place to work, meet, plan activities or implement their own ideas. PowerSpace Volodymyr supports youth participation by giving young people access to space, resources and opportunities to organise activities for their peers and local community.
The venue can be used for small-scale events, discussions, creative meetings, educational activities, volunteer coordination, coworking and informal community-building formats.
About the city
Volodymyr is one of the oldest cities in Ukraine, located in Volyn Oblast near Ukraine’s western border. It has a strong historical identity and a close-knit local community. For youth and civic initiatives, Volodymyr offers an important local context where community spaces can help young people meet, cooperate, develop ideas and become more involved in public life.
